Coconut oil, onion juice or aloe vera gel are ingredients that help stimulate hair growth and restore damaged hair effectively.

Boil 2 tablespoons of flaxseed in water for 5 minutes. Once boiled, remove the flax seeds from the water and add a tablespoon of honey. Let it cool, and mix dandelion tea, flaxseed water, and a teaspoon of lemon juice. After shampooing, pour this mixture on your scalp and incubate your hair for 10 minutes and then wash it off.

Menthol

Research shows that peppermint oil has the ability to promote blood circulation on the scalp, helping hair grow faster. Dilute peppermint oil in jojoba or grapeseed oil in a ratio of 1:6, apply the mixture to the hair roots, gently massage for a few minutes. You do not need to rinse.

Rosemary Oil

Rosemary is not only used for cooking but also has the ability to promote hair growth. Dilute 10 to 12 drops of rosemary oil in shampoo and use it daily to get full and healthy hair.

Onion juice

Peel an onion and chop it finely. Use a juicer or blender to strain the onion juice extract. Apply onion juice to the scalp twice daily for about 6 weeks for effective results.

Coconut oil

Coconut oil is effective in repairing damaged hair. It can be applied before shampooing or after shampooing as a hair conditioner.
