Short Cropped Hairstyle
This may appear similar to the pixie but as it’s a short chopped cut, you have longer layers on top or even bangs. The shortness of the crop will help give you a more edgy look without cutting off almost all of your hair. Ergo, this would be a good starting point if you’re not yet comfortable going full blown pixie.
